Tanzania Exploration

In this eight-day itinerary, you will explore the prominent Northern Circuit parks of Tanzania for unparalleled game drive experiences. The Wildebeest Migration on the Serengeti, the Big Five in Ngorongoro and tree-climbing lions in Lake Manyara as well as Tarangire. You will enjoy the cultural experiences such as overnighting at a Maasai lodge to experience their fascinating culture first hand.. 

Upon a arrival at the airport you will be met by our company team as you head to Tanzania old town of Moshi, The town is well renowned for coffee production in Tanzania and many roasteries. You will visit the coffee firms and sugar plantations, visit the nearby cultural communities and tribes, learning more about the local Chagga and Maasai tribes. Tourists will also check Kilimanjaro off their bucket list as the town is the main way to the most routes to Kilimanjaro mountains

Having relaxed a night in Moshi, you will wake up for your early morning breakfast and leave for a trail to enjoy the rooftop of Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro. This is the highest mountain in Africa and it has challenged climbers from all walks of life worldwide and you will get a small taste of what other climbers on the mountain experience as you take a picnic lunch and ascend to the First Hut.
You will trail through lush rainforest before stopping for lunch at a scenic waterfall, you will proceed in the afternoon until evening where you will relax for an overnight stay at Africa Amini Lodge to explore Masai tribe. 

You will wake up early morning having relaxed for a night to have your breakfast then go participating in the Masai activities and guided nature walks from where you will learn about traditional medicines, spear throwing, handicraft making.
You will explore and see the life among the Masai people by practicing in their daily activities like, Traditional lunch featuring plenty of meat and vegetables, nature walks, dancing ceremony and spear throwing.
You will have stayed an overnight in the Masai hut and feel nature at its past. You will feel the cool night air on your skin as you fall asleep to the sounds of insects and night birds. You will later transfer to Arusha in the afternoon.  

Having arrived and relaxed the previous night, you will depart from Arusha after breakfast for the two-hour drive to Lake Manyara National Park, where you will pass through the market town of Mto Wa Mbu along the way. This agricultural and fresh produce market is a melting pot of local cultures and a souvenir hunter's paradise.
You will enter Lake Manyara National Park to trek tree climbing lions and variety species of birds, will make your trip enjoyable as you encounter Ngorongoro's high population of predators, cape buffalo and black rhinoceros.
The park offers some of the best game viewing spots in the world where your long lenses will not miss a shot. You will have your lunch while on a game drive from where after you will sport a variety of birds at Lake Manyara including the flamingo flocks, circling birds of prey, and the brightly colored lilac breasted roller. From here you will retire for an evening and overnight stay.  

From your long night stay, your will head the to the endless plains of Serengeti with a scenic drive after your morning breakfast. Passing through Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you might be lucky enough to land on large mammals like cape buffaloes, baboons and even elephants.
The four-hour drive will land you to Serengeti Park. Whereas along your journey you can chose to do optional activities by visiting;

Olduvai Gorge Museum: Sometimes known as the Cradle of Mankind, the Olduvai Gorge Museum commemorates some of the oldest evidence of human habitation ever found. Here you can see some of the oldest fossil evidence in the world of human habitation, visit the Olduvai Gorge Museum to learn more about the human journey.
You can also visit the Maasai boma where you will have the opportunity to witness and participate in traditional Maasai dances and also tour the Masai Villages. You will have lunch served along the journey as you enter into the heart of Serengeti to dissect its exploration late afternoon. Dinner and overnight will happen in the heart of the Serengeti  

Having relaxed the previous night, you will wake up before dawn to take part in a sunrise game drive. As the sun sets fire to the savannah, you will have the best opportunity to see predators in action as they strike for an early meal. It's an ideal time to see lions, leopards, and cheetahs in action as well as the early morning movements of the wildebeest, zebra, and other herbivores.
Alternatively, you may wish to take to the skies with a sunrise hot air balloon safari, an arrangement can be made on this activity.
After your unforgettable morning, you will return to your lodge for a late breakfast and to freshen up before hitting the road again with a picnic lunch. Your driver will select the best possible route based upon the time of year and the kind of animals you would like to see, catering your day so that your opportunities to see the Serengeti's diverse wildlife are maximized. 

Wake up to your morning breakfast, as you hit the road to leave Serengeti and explore Ngorongoro National Park. You will pass through Serengeti using different a route, you will have the opportunity to explore the endless plains in detail as you encounter more of the wild beests and other land mammals including the buffaloes, elephants’ big cats and other predators. You will arrive in Ngorongoro in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.


Having relaxed the previous night, you will wake up for your early morning breakfast from where after you will head for Ngorongoro Crater, the crater is regarded to be a wonder of the world. You will be amazed by this vast caldera from the panoramic viewpoint. Ngorongoro conservation area is a home to many species of mammal including not forgetting the big five Big Five. It’s a beautiful safari destination of the world that houses the black rhinos.
You will observe the beauty of Africa from the comfort of your open roof. The crater is home to a large number of predators including lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas, as well as a large population of wildebeest, zebras, antelope and more, making it a premier safari destination. After the excitement of the day, you will have your lunch by the park's famous hippo pool and later heat to Arusha where you will relax for a night before departing for the airport the next day. This will be the climax of your eight day safari.
