Born in what is present day Kazo district Greater Mbarara, Philemon attended Mbarara High school for his High School education and later graduated at Mbarara University. With all the E-commerce knowledge attained mixed with Tourism passion, it is the force that drove the birth of a Tourism company and the rest is seen happening.
