Wildebeest Migration

The Masai Mara National Park is the host to this amazing wonder each year from September until November, it’s in these months that these huge number of herbivores descent the park towards Serengeti, as predators also do what they do best to hunt them down.

Masai Mara Reserve

The Masai Mara game reserve covers a total area of 1500 square kilometers, stretching this distance in the south western part of the country. The park protects a great deal of wild game like the African elephant, big cats and buffaloes, as well as crocodiles and hippos in the Mara River. The reserve protects close to 450 resident bird species, where birders are able to cover a wide range of bird species while on a birding excursion. But the eye catching session here is the Great Migration, regarded as one of the Wonders of the World where migration of over 2 million animals move in the months of August-October towards the south to Serengeti National Park.

Lake Nakuru

Located in central Kenya Lake Nakuru national park is a home to Flamingos and also acts as the rhino sanctuary, it was established after the rhinos became an endangered species to cater for the remaining few to breed and increase the numbers. The park acts as paradise for many species of birds making it a good spot for birders. It’s a renowned home to over 1 million flamingo birds that form around lake Nakuru to extract blue-green algae for food hence becoming the park’s top attraction.

Amboseli National Park

Located at the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is Known as the Royal Court of Kilimanjaro, The Park offers spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro which happens to be Africa's tallest mountain. It is considered Kenya‘s biosphere reserve showing its true nature. It a home to huge heard of elephants, lions, leopards and cheetahs.
It has got huge numbers of herbivores that live here such as hippos, zebras, giraffes, waterbucks, warthogs, buffaloes, wildebeest, and gazelles. And a wide range of gird species close to 350, like the flamingos, cormorants, storks, and ostriches. Amboseli is also home to Masai communities where you will visit and experience new cultures.

Mount Kenya

Mount Kenya is the second highest mountain in Africa and an extinct volcano, after Kilimanjaro, its three highest peaks are Batian (5,199 metres), Nelion (5,188 m) and Point Lenana (4,985 m). The mountain is located in the former Eastern and Central provinces of Kenya and its peak is the intersection of Meru, Embu, Kirinyaga, Nyeri and Tharaka Nithi counties, about 16.5 Kms (10.3 miles) south of the equator and 150 km (90 mi) northeast of the capital Nairobi. Mount Kenya is the source of the name of the Republic of Kenya. Despite straddling the equator, the mountain draws significant snowfall each year and supports a number of impressive glaciers. Climbing Mount Kenya requires rock climbing for the most part, although some peaks (such as Point Lenana) can be reached without having to climb. Mt. Kenya is very exciting for all those hiker adventurers from all over the world.

You will arrive at your hotel of stay in Masai mara and have your delicious lunch where you will head for an afternoon and evening game drive before returning to your lodge in the evening for relaxation. Expect to see a great deal of wild game, like Grazers, predators, lazily deciding on what to catch, birds, and stunning nature will fill be at your optical nutrition, watch the sun set on a good weather as head to relax in your lodge.

Masai Mara, The World Wonder

Masai Mara is one of Africa’s greatest wildlife most popular reserves. Masai Mara and the Serengeti National Parks both form Africa’s most diverse and spectacular ecosystems and could turn out to be the world’s top game viewing safari spots where you will ultimately quench your adventure joy.
